Cool box ?

We are often asked if we can fit a fridge to a Boss box. Whilst we can, we tend not to recommend you do so. Even the tiny fridges eat electricity and your battery is at risk of being flattened - nothing worse than when you come back to your lorry after a long days hacking or competing and you get the "click" and nothing more - oops the battery is flat. So what we do recommend is carrying a cool box that fits under the rear seat. Good quality cool bags will keep already cool or frozen  items in that condition for surprisingly long times, up to 4 days. You can get electric powered coolboxes that connect to the 12v socket that we fit in the rear living. These are fine when travelling but remember to a) only fill them with already chilled/frozen goods b) disconnect the socket on arrival at your destination
